Josh Schifferer
Principal
A builder’s eye and a developer’s judgment, in the owner’s corner.
Josh started in construction, first as a project engineer with commercial builders and then as co-owner of a general contracting firm, before running design-build projects from a client’s first idea to move-in day. He went on to spend nearly five years in industrial development, most recently as a senior development manager leading projects in several states, from land acquisition and entitlement through design, construction and leasing.
Owners get both views in one person: how a building goes together, and what it takes to get it approved, built and leased.
